Fixes issues 185 where the connection event would fire and code executed before the IP properties were set up. This would result in the IP address being 0.0.0.0 even though the device was connected.
* Deleted old DeviceInformation class * Updated shared definitions * Added enum for hardware types and used this for the HardwareRevision
