What does this PR do?

1. update the docs and README;
2. remove the requirement limitation pandas <2.0.0 due to it seems that "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pandas.core.indexes.numeric', see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/75953279/modulenotfounderror-no-module-named-pandas-core-indexes-numeric-using-metaflo" is no longer a problem;
