Add any Gravity Form to your WordPress dashboard.

1. Download zip file
2. Edit dashboard-form.php
3. Change the plugin name, author details, etc. Edit strings to your needs.
4. Upload to your WP installation
5. Create a gravity form with a form ID of 2. (Or change the value in dashboard-form.php to match your form ID.)
