Felix refines Bloch-wave simulations of large-angle convergent beam electron diffraction (LACBED) patterns to match experimental data by changing atomic coordinates, thermal vibration parameters, occupancy etc. You can see some of the applications and get the DM scripts used to collect and process experimental data in Alex Hubert's PhD thesis.
