And some minor javadoc cleanup.
* Due to javadoc issues, release 1.7.2 aborted. Central has hard rule that javadocs must be created. * Flagged failure on following ** Spring 2/3/4 and tomcat 5/6/7/8 where only one worked due to duplicate classes ** Shiro having bad javadocs. * Corrected Shiro immediately. Remaining require a refactoring.

Various issues discovered with javadoc generation. Assuming a few things currently.
This pull request is to bring code base current and note the aborted release plus shiro javadoc corrections. Additionally, multi module build has been verified as it did push to central. Issue was local thus not a release plugin issue.
