Stripped down stratosphere for ease of internal feature prototyping.

- Excluded Sopremo / Meteor for now. - Excluded build-tools and EC2 scripts - Excluded buggy checkpointing tests in Nephele. Cleaned up some warnings in Maven POM Files.
