This is a custom vscode theme, based on PyCharm and Dark+. It's not published in marketplace, so has to be installed manually. Just download this repo and put it in:
- on Windows %USERPROFILE%.vscode\extensions
- on Mac/Linux $HOME/.vscode/extensions
