Feature summary

The use_mock_hardware option from the moveit launchfile might be not needed anymore.

Following up on #827 it seems that We can use MoveIt with the scaled JTC on fake hardware. If this is working there is no real reason for keeping the use_mock_hardware argument in the moveit launchfile.

This also affects the documentation regarding the initial controller.
