No OP Sepolia support in routing.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
Support OP Sepolia in routing.
Other information:
We want to ship OP Sepolia first, so that Bump uniswap sdk core to 4.09 and add correct base swap router address #481 is not muddled with OP Sepolia changes. Also @JackShort would need to bump the sdk-core version to beyond 4.0.9 for updated UniswapV2Router02 addresses, so interface needs updated SOR with OP Sepolia change as well.
