This repository contains files related to creating, and running an RStudio server in different environments. It includes files and instructuions for the following environments:

• docker
  • startdocker: the command to start the docker image
  • rsession.conf: configuration file for the Rstudio Server. See RStudio Documentation
• ubuntu server with basic ubuntu installation
