FVSon build failing, update paths to volume files

Building FVSon from source appears to be failing because the paths to the NVEL files are still listed in FVSon_sourceList.txt using the previously used paths: ../volume/beqinfo.inc instead of the newer ../volume/NVEL/beqinfo.inc

Encountered this while trying to build all variants (make all), which resulted in all variants that come alphabetically after "on" to not be built as well.

I'm getting this same issue for an automatic build. In the meantime, can you either revert it back or do the fix in-house?

Build list directory structure Issue has been corrected for ON variant. For the time being, users will still need to change case of NVEL submodule files in local cloned repositories in order to build on Unix-like systems.
