Ensembles of 2021 have complete ('/home/ucfahm0/GhanaEnsembles'), you could do your part by this year.
because of time-sonsuming in generation, Jose has modified the code and generated ensembles on 'https://gws-access.jasmin.ac.uk/public/odanceo/ghana_ensembles/'
the new ensembles are different in format, and we are still modifing it, it could be done by Thursday.

Got the ensemble, and integrated WOFOST simulation sliders into maps in 01-Satellite_data.ipynb

The ensembles need to be regenerated with the updated parameters @Ma-hy and @jgomezdans

It appears to be working OK now. Hongyuan's code had some issues extracting LAI. More details on the other issue (inc plots)
