CVD Type "Candlestick"

Hello!

First off, thank you so much for this wonderful creation. It has been an amazing addition to my trading toolbelt and is basically all I use now.

I use the CVD heavily in my strategy and there is an option in the settings to change the type to line, candlestick, histogram, or bar. I currently use line, but the histogram option also works. Candlestick and bar do not, unfortunately. I've used the candlestick cvd on other platforms and it would be cool if it was possible here as well. Is this just a bug that it doesn't work?
