Fix faraway spectate teleporting/GPS routes #262

This uses the suggested method for setting camera while faded out to allow spectating faraway players without actually teleporting.

Also, there's support for 'fake' single-update GPS route blips (though removing when nearby may not work yet, needs more testing) for faraway players instead of the broken behavior before.

You can either get the source code and build it yourself, or you wait for it to be merged and for the next vmenu release

I'll try to fix the permissions bugs soon and get a new version released with this and other PR's.
