Update node exporter to 1.8.1

Description

Update node-exporter to latest current version (1.8.1). I successfully installed it on DS418 running DSM 7.2.1.

@cosandr as mentioned in #6104 (comment) the build for ARMv5 will fail when using CGO since go 1.22.

TODO: add $(ARMv5_ARCHS) to unsupported archs.

Sorry, I was wrong. The ARMv5 build was succesful. The CGO issue with ARMv5 must be specific to the gitea project.
