go: update to v1.22

Currently the build of gitea fails for ARMv5. Probably related to golang/go#65290 (but we use gcc, not clang).

further synocli-disk and synocli-file failed to build for ARMv5.

cross/dua of synocli-disk and cross/bat of synocli-file are failing
probably other tools built with rust would fail too.

My local builds of synocli-disk and synocli-fil (with rust 1.77.1) build without this issue.
The failing github build action is using rust 1.78.0

As this PR is related to go, the rust issues will need to be addressed elsewhere.
