itools: update to libimediadevice 2.0 libraries #4985

Motivation: iOS tools are lacking the latest openssl update and have a 2.0 update for the libraries
Linked issues: #4820

Remarks

On DSM 7 the mount of connected devices is not supported without ssh into the device with root permissions.
Another issue with DSM 7 is that PythonModule Package by synology is not available.

@bxxxjxxg for DSM 6 we should update the python scripts to Python 3.10 or 3.11. Current versions are still Python 2. Do you have any capacity to do this?

- updated libraries have full support for configure and do not need autogen anymore
- use icon of libimediadevice

- needs patches for libimobiledevice and usbmuxd
- drop support for OLD_PPC_ARCHS
- update libusb for supported toolchains and keep libusb_1.0.23 for others
- adjust python scripts for python2
- use libusb v1.0.23
- needs static libusb
- add options to build static libusb and to enable dependency of libudev
