1. Download Millennium. Follow the instructions provided to install the patcher.
2. Run the command in PowerShell:

iwr -useb "https://spacetheme.de/steam.ps1" | iex

1. Download Millennium. Follow the instructions provided to install the patcher.
2. Open Steam and navigate to Steam -> Settings -> Themes
3. Click on the Folder icon to open the skins folder
4. Now simply drop the theme in the skins folder and unzip the .zip
5. Select the theme from the interface after it installs.

Voila! Enjoy the new look of your Steam!
