Added Beamer package to Navigation section

Description

Added beamer package (pub, GitHub) to Navigation section. This package eases the use of Navigator 2.0 API and also enables browser sync by default.

Damn this went totally under the radar
Github is sending EVERY events (hundreds per week) on my feed and I can not discern noise from very important content like this !

Is there some valuable blog post on starting with beamer ?

There are some resources at "Articles and Videos" in repo's README, the best of which is this one that explains both "Navigator 2.0" and Beamer. This article is pretty detailed and maybe not for "starting with beamer" topic.

I'm planning to write an article soon that should cover everything on both beginner and advanced levels. I will link it here or open a new issue when it's done so we can decide what to do with it.
