Add Flutter PageView indicator like in Instagram

It's an awesome "scrolling" page view indicator like Instagram has. Supports horizontal/vertical orientation, custom color and size!

This is good but I think too specific as there are other implementations that would do the same thing and more, thanks for PR!

@jogboms There is only one page indicator represented here. And it's doesn't have such 'infinite' scrolling effect

Yes, i saw this. But it's not the same. flutter-swiper displays dots count = pages count in loop

But with this package u can display e.g. 5 dots and 100500 pages

Thats why I think its too specific and not much different, I would suggest a collaboration with any of the existing solutions as this is indeed a good addition.
