Additional Nozzles for the Creality Ender-5 Pro (2019) #2964

This is a continuation of #2817 implementing the mentioned changes to maintain backward compatibility. This PR adds the following nozzles for the Creality Ender-5 Pro (2019):

  • 0.2 mm,
  • 0.25 mm,
  • 0.3 mm,
  • 0.5 mm,
  • 0.6 mm,
  • 0.8 mm, and
  • 1.0 mm.

These profiles are based upon examination of diffs from the CE5Pro profiles found in PrusaSlicer and SuperSlicer. For nozzle sizes outside of the bounds of those profiles, widths and wall loops were extrapolated ($R^2 \approx 0.9998$).

The existing printer, process, and filament names for the 0.4mm CE5Pro profile were left alone. The changes earlier were reverted with commit b82e2f9.
