If the server sends tracker status messages to the driver, then we can tell openvr that the pose is invalid, or that the tracker is disconnected. ^-^

If the server sends tracker status messages to the driver, then we can tell openvr that the pose is invalid, or that the tracker is disconnected.
This may require changes server-side to actually take effect, pinging @Louka3000 for that. (i've already mentioned it in discord, so just keeping track of that)
