Add mht script and test files #130

This PR:

  • Adds a script for generating .mht files from existing .docx testfiles and then to .txt
  • Adds the test files themselves

The script is executed by running .\generate_mht.ps1 .\test_files\ in Powershell 7.0 or higher, from the root dir
