The latest Iris-GRIB explicity only supports the standard scanning mode configuration - that's
00000000in the scanning mode octet. See this code section for the relevant check.tests.integration.test_grib_load.test_y_fastestis therefore inappropriate since this needs a scanning mode octet of00100000.test_y_fastestshould therefore be removed.
