This PR mirrors previous tests but for vector integrands. Quadrature methods have been updated to pass all tests! Fixes #2 and fixes #16
HCubatureJL() Tolerances
For some reason for integrands of R^n->R^m where either n or m > 1, the tolerances are not being adhered to. Must be something upstream. Tighter tolerances are required to pass tests.
