The Aplication is connected with API shotens long links. The shortened links can be copied with out signing in.

1. download the zip file of the code, or clone the repository
2. open a terminal and navigate to the downloaded/cloned file
3. type "npm install" to install all the dependencies
4. after the command finishes executing, type "npm start"
