This PR supposed to address issue #208.
ClangMacroParser migrated under FFmpeg.AutoGen as no one uses it out of this project and FFmpeg macros changed in way parser has to be updated.
Windows SDK discovery is also simplified - VS2022 needs an addition workload C++ game development - generator needs DX9 include files.
