Hiya 👋 I'm Rosalyn

My work

I'm a Data Analyst in the Centre for Medical Informatics at the Usher Institute, University of Edinburgh.

Previously I worked at Public Health Scotland

  • I currently work in the eDRIS team - extracting, linking and preparing NHS data for use by trusted researchers Readme Card
  • Before this I worked in COVID-19 Data & Analytics doing public reporting during the pandemic Readme Card Readme Card
  • I have also done some work with the Waiting Times team creating a dashboard to assess Clinical Prioritisation Readme Card
  • Here is a demo Shiny app I created based on PHS open data for the Scottish Drug Misuse Dataset Readme Card

Before working in Public Health, I did a PhD in Particle Physics at Edinburgh Uni, where I worked in the NNPDF collaboration.
