Add rt_backtrace_to_buffer() to help debug on
context without logging support to stash the data.

Also, add the extension to backtrace service, by rt_backtrace_formatted_print().
The backtrace can provide a more readable log with the symbol table provided.
Users can choose between two types of backtrace. The default one is:
