when I use the vnc viewer to connect op3 and use ros launch action editor, but it just log only.

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?
Did you terminate the demo program before launching the action editor?
Other programs such as op3_manager, op3_offset_tuner, op3_walking_tuner should not be running.
