Through these documents, I aim to define the core of what I create and how it fits into larger discussions around art and conservation. I also aim to clearly describe how to install and maintain the work for exhibitions. These are evolving, high-level documents that are not about individual artworks. They are written primarily for galleries, curators, and collectors.

"The Work" discusses what I create.

"Installation" is a living document that is updated as the technologies that suppport the work change.

"Documentation" defines the images, data, and code that archive the work.

"Conservation" summarizes ideas around software-based artworks and defines how they specifically relate to the work.

"Acquisition" defines the responsibilities of a collection that acquires a work.
