Now, it is able to penalize the total current in coils with
Ic=1. The formula isisum = ((SUM(I_i) - target_isum) / target_isum)**2. Users can useweight_isumto turn it on and the target current (unit in Ampere) for all coils WITHIc=1is specified bytarget_isum.Using this new function, users can constrain the total poloidal current while letting the current in each coil differ.
