  1. Refactor SiteForm object implementation for convenience 

    - Namespace `SiteForm` with `Admin` module.
- Let's pretend any `SiteForm` represents an actual Rails model by
  delegating `to_model` method.
- Submit SiteForm parameters under `site` key.
