Creating CLI for managing Permify instances & Run Permify main functionalities

The objective of this issue is to develop a Command Line Interface (CLI) that empowers users to effortlessly manage Permify instances. The CLI will provide an intuitive way to execute and oversee Permify's core functionalities.

Thanks, I think the maintainers should make it clear that "bounty is finished", so that any newcomer doesn't start working on it.
