Are you happy with the added "Citing CuBIDS" section of the README?

Not really. The new DOI only gets created after each release, so we can't include it in the docs.

maybe a link to where to find the DOI then? I am just now realizing that I don't know how to find the zenodo DOIs

Normally we'd have a badge in the README linking to the Zenodo page. I'll add them.
