Form-Builder

A Simple Form Builder built using Raw PHP, Vanilla JS and Bootstrap. (similar to Google Forms (: )

User can Register / Login.
User can create forms which is referred by a unique URL.
User can add questions which can have answers of type Short Answer, MCQ, Checkboxes and File Upload.
User can restrict number of submissions, fix deadlines for a form.
Added live notifications
User can view trending forms and sort it according to number of submissions, date of creation etc.
