There is a new crossplatform-enabled IAdcsCertificateTemplate interface with multiple implementations that can read certificate templates from different sources, including serialized ones. They all are tested and DS-specific code in certificate template is redundant. This needs to be cleaned up that will unlock CertificateTemplate class move into cross-platform .NET Standard assembly.
