When we're using MS Word or OpenOffice to edit DOCX document, we can define which unit of measurement that we will use (inches, cm, mm, points, or picas).

MS Word:
2014-04-11-184649-ss

OpenOffice:
2014-04-11-184806-ss

Should use Settings.php to enable this feature. For backward compatibility, this setting will be have twips as default.
