If you know other IDEs that should be included here, please chime in.

For context: This PR attempts to fix #60

to not track vscode and pycharm settings

Great! thank you very much for your contribution @lahdjirayhan
I think for the most part , most python developers use vscode and pycharm however if the the need arises we can reopen the issue to handle more IDE’s
