TABBY 3 Pre-release
Pre-release

We finalized the Black Box (volumes) of the TABBY 3 EV platform, and defined all the components for the manufacturing of the first prototype in the version (USA & China).
This platform represents the underbody of an EV in the middle-speed category L7e: it can be driven by a human, a remote device (connected with the vehicle), or an AI.

The body structure has an updated revision in the central part to accommodate the bigger battery pack (EESS). The updated dimensions are as follow:
• Width: 1400 mm
• Length: 3900 mm
• Height: 1400 mm

Modular space frame
We engineered a modular space frame to use these components for a higher category vehicle (M1). Meaning that the front suspension can support the weight of an M1 vehicle.
We decided to follow this approach of choosing components dimensions (upright, bearings) to be compatible with an eventual M1 for markets where L7e is not available

ESS Custom Swappable Battery Pack
With the new Battery Cell 271 Ah, we can have a major storage capacity in the EESS (Electrical Energy Storage System): from the expected 13 kWh capacity (using old LFP ones) doubled to 26 kWh.
Inside the battery pack, we will have these parts:
• 6 LFP battery cells
• 1 BMS
• 1 battery (housing) degassing unit
• 1 plug
• 1 cooling system

The size of the Battery Pack is:
• Width: 540 mm
• Length: 750 mm
• Height: 252.5 mm
