pkcs11-tool: use keygen mech. from cmd arguments

There are can be more then one keygen mechanism for a given
key type.
(ex. CKM_RSA_PKCS_KEY_PAIR_GEN and CKM_RSA_X9_31_KEY_PAIR_GEN)
