This project is a part of the CS-210 [Introduction to Data Science] course given in FALL 2019-2020 at Sabancı University.
The purpose of this project is to analyze Airbnb New York's data to create an effective price prediction data model.Thanks to the model created, both users and homeowners or those who plan to become homeowners will have an independent third parameter to evaluate their investments.
