This is a Lambda handle that collects raw data of base64 from AWS IoT Core connected to an IoT Device such as an RS-485 4G Modem linked with a smart meter having RS-485 and converts it to readable form of string data and the data is stored in a csv file to be stored in AWS s3 bucket
