* fix:update cxl_mem_tg test completion timeout value
-update cxl_mem_tg test completion timeout value to 0.5 seconds.
-user can pass timeout value as command line argument –timeout in milliseconds,
cxl_mem_tg sets test completion timeout to input value.
- exits application( return error) if user pass read and write values and Read count exceeds Read count exceeds Write count
