Added :system_file adapter

It resolves configuration from contents of a file specified in
environment variable, making it easy to read Docker secrets.

Replaced hardcoded list of adapter with {:via, adapter} tuple

This will allow to stop maintaining list of supported adapters by
tradeoff of more complex structure when custom adapter is used.

Added default adapters during compile-time resolution
