Picasa-Map is a simple application which allows the user to geographically view geocoded photos from Picasa/Google+ web albums on a map.
Search for a picasa username or Gmail username and and select a web album. The albums have to be public for the application to be able to see them. If any of the photos in the selected web album are geotagged, the photos with then show up on the map.
You can share your map by selecting "Share this Map" and copying and link that appears.
