This bumps one more library from beta to production.
@io7m @kyles-ep If we can get this in before you make the builds to be submitted to the Play Store/App Store, then use the new Accounts.json file in that build. This will let the library start delivering SimplyE to its patrons.
If that process is already on the way, then it's not the end of the world -- we'll get it in the next release.
