Description about the fix

• Issue Bug error warnings.warn(f'conv2d_gradfix not supported on PyTorch {torch.__version__}. Falling back to torch.nn.functional.conv2d().') #195 and conv2d_gradfix not supported on pytorch 1.10 #196 states that torch version comparison fallback returns false for torch version 1.10 and above.
• Using python's distutils.version.LooseVersion, it now will compare across torch 1.10 and further versions.

• Below is the behavior of python3’s distutils.version.LooseVersion according to different types of inputs.

Hello, I'm facing the same problem 'tuple object not callable'. But replacing the line 'op = torch._C._jit_get_operation('aten::grid_sampler_2d_backward')' with this line does not solve my problem.
