The GFSv16.3.16 operational upgrade adds a job for the GDAS WDQMS
(WIGOS Data Quality Monitoring System) data, which provides 6-hourly
summaries of observation reports.
The GFSv16.3.16 was implemented into operations during the 12z gfs
cycle on July 2nd 2024.
