Small error fixes to reflex controller tutorial notebook:

  • Fixed gym import in ReflexCtrInterface.py
  • Changed environment from 'myoLegReachFixed-v0' to 'myoLegStandRandom-v0' in ReflexCtrInterface.py

LGTM. Update the tutorial to use the latest environment. Minor impact to rest of code base
